CONSTRUCTIONS – Residential and Public/NGO amenities

A Thousand Marbles provides myriad range of activities, products and services; we provide construction and engineering technical consultation to our clients, technical advice on acquiring land for constructions and managing acquisitions; construction of all types of buildings, public and social amenities e.g. schools, residential, toilets, etc. Our clients include persons in the diaspora living mainly in Canada and USA; and INGOs in Uganda.

Regarding construction and engineering technical consultation to our clients; currently we providing consultations to Sparks Microgrants for construction of a community primary school in Ajukumanyige, Amuru District, designed and implemented by community members. The technical consultancy including producing and/or checking the accuracy of the BoQ and Designs of the projects as required on a project-by-project basis; advising community members on construction methods; overseeing that the construction is following building codes and government guidelines; inspecting key stages of the construction and advising on maintenance and sustainability plans for the buildings to ensure they are structurally safe and sound and meet the minimum requirements for their purpose.

We continue to build residential houses for Ugandans in the diaspora at affordable prices while maintaining quality standards and value for money. We also continue to do repairs and maintenance on designed properties based on scopes of work agreed-on with our clients. We have been pre-qualified by District Local Governments i.e. Buyende, Namutumba, Namayingo, Rukiga, Buikwe to provide works and services.
